Gym is going well but I can feel myself slipping and getting complacent so doing everything I can really. I am my own worst enemy (although Monty may disagree). I find the process really strange but I love it.

it's not food that get's me I eat fuck all really. It's fizzy drinks. I will happily drink 2 litres of sprite or something without thinking about it.

There are MP3s and Apps floating around the internet that'll let you do a home-hipnosis, and they do _something_, donno what, it's not a fix, but they do help.
Good luck on sorting it out though, I could do with a bit of what you're doing too, except instead of weed, maybe the fags or the opiets.
