Anybody else doing Movember (apart from you, 'Swipe)
I am two weeks in with my first ever 'tache. I have an interview next week and I'm a wee bit worried about how the presence of the 'tache will affect my chances in the interview.

Don't get me wrong, I'm still a strikingly handsome and suave man, but a moustache might give the wrong impression.

Any advice?

I would shave it. Was in the pub last Friday and every 2nd guy had a ridiculous tache. They couldn't give a cunt about raising awareness for cancer (ahem, possibly), most were preening in the mirror or rubbing their faces half the time...

I shaved today for the first time in over a week and, as is the law when this happens, I had to leave myself a small 'hitler' moustache for a bit.

If you were to ask those interviewing you to forgive your appearance and explain what you're doing, I don't imagine it'll be a problem, but it depends on the 'type' of work you are being interviewed for. Old-school banking house? They won't appreciate it. Some sort of IT role? You can probably get away with it with an explanation.

I started last Wednesday.
I have to keep the rest of my face shaved or it doesn't show at all. I think it will look a bit salt and pepper when its done. I haven't told my GF so it may be voted off when she sees it.

My advice, check it is not ginger before showing it to the world.
