then late dinner with a friend.

tomorrow is my london birthday party. amongst my presents were a crate of pink champagne and a bottle of sparkling vodka (how cool is that???), so we are all going to drink those at the flat before heading off down the kings road.

after recovery time on sun, i have a session with the personal trainer and then dinner with a client, who is absolutely lovely, but who always insists we go out on sunday nights for some reason.

i'm taking an ex-colleague and the client is bringing her other half, so should be a laugh. they've booked some fabulous looking indian restaurant, and i bet i'm too hungover to eat anything. my appetite's not been right since i was so sick.

on the plus side, it is massively accelerating operation stick-insect. the teacher at school actually said "girlfriend, what have you been doing to yourself, you are looking fine." it was hard not to laugh or go red, so i did both. this has hugely cheered up my friday!
