I'm to sensible to get pregnant in the first place.

I'm not keen on kids, but m wife's god-daughter
who is 2, is so adorable and so amazing that she has been slowly changing my mind

It's always better when you can give them back.
Just remember you'll have 18 years looking after the little tyke. I've had my cats 13 years and I'm getting weary of them.

Pretty much
he was an old, old moggy when he finally popped it. Mum was inconsolable for weeks.

I have to admit I was proper broken up for some time after my cat died
but now I'm quite enjoying the freedom of going from work to the gym and then maybe having a meal out and not getting home until 10 - or even stopping out all night - without having to worry about the cat.

I have a sister who lives 10 minutes away so that's not been a problem.

(, Sat 20 Nov 2010, 23:54, Reply)
My brother lives 5 minutes walk away
but it's both an imposition on him and I'd rather he didn't get to mooch through my stuff.

Ah well!
I do loads of stuff for my sister and I know she wouldn't mooch through my stuff.

I still mostly stick to the same routine
just every so often I think "Oh wait, don't need to be home for 6, I could do that" and it's nice.
