black bean stew on camargue rice and fruit punch vitamin water. got a work quiz thing this evening, so (i) no dinner and (ii) much alcohol means a sensible lunch is needed.

it is lovely
it's black beans and vegetables and smoked paprika in a spicy sauce on a bed of wild and camargue rice drizzled with some sort of yoghurt.

but then they also go and wedge some cold sweetcorn at one end of the box. fuck knows why. i like sweetcorn well enough, but cold crunchy sweetcorn does not go with hot stew!
