yeah, but they are CRISP

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:15, Reply)
no, they're a chip.
end of discussion.
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:18, Reply)
so wrong
Americans call them chips. They are not chips.

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:21, Reply)
Australians are also wrong in this respect
though I rapidly reverted back to calling them "chips" when I went back there. I also talked about going to the "movies"
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:24, Reply)
well you are going to the movies? they're not pictures, they're movies - the images MOVE, y'see?

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:26, Reply)
They are pictures, that's how film works

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:27, Reply)
yeah, the PICTURES travel past the projector
to create the illusion of movement
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:29, Reply)
yes but they're veiwed in such rapid succesion that the images within the pictures move, and there is sound too, which you don't get with just a still image.

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:30, Reply)
I'm not sure why I'm having this argument
I always say I'm going to the cine.

You're wrong
and this is one of those things that you lot sadly got off the Americans. Sadface.
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:22, Reply)
Wood chips aren't made of potato.

Steady old boy - I'm sure she is only joking.
Poppet run!
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:29, Reply)
I was kidding. I'm terrified of the vinyl collection - it's massive!

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:30, Reply)
Monty - care to take the strike-through opportunity?

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:32, Reply)
Is it really necessary?

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:35, Reply)
Probably not.
Unless you care to write something remarkably pithy and unexpected.
(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:40, Reply)
you should move some of them
so the first letter of the artist spells out a message

I'll rearrange the configuration of your limbs if you do.

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:35, Reply)
from "free hanging" to "inserted"?

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:38, Reply)
From "attached" to "cut into small chunks and buried in bin liners in secluded woodland"

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:47, Reply)
Chips are called chips because
they look like chips of something. Wood chips do not look like thinly sliced bits of potato. Case closed.

I'm sad that although it's top of the popular page,
I'm not getting much feedback on my picture up there.

The clicks say it all, Al.

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 13:49, Reply)
I often find that things at the top of the popular page don't have many, if any replies

(, Fri 26 Nov 2010, 14:01, Reply)
The purple head of the penis tones in quite nicely with Poppet's shirt.
Is that the sort of thing you were after?
