My tip would be: Don't use them.

Get more cash out beforehand, or find another machine.

The other thing
that really pisses me off about this is that the companies that started providing this 'service' have pretty much all been bought out by the big banks anyway.

So you give the bank £100 (for example) and they give you £98.50 back. Sounds fair to me.

it would be retrospectively illegalised and all money should be paid back to the people who earned it in the first place
