hangover thirst
Half fill an old soft drink bottle with water, then freeze it. (lid off.) Then when you go to bed drunk, top it off with water, and leave next to your bed. The ice will slowly melt, ensuring you have an icy cold water at hand for when you need it to combat your morning beeriod.

Hangover cure
First ensure that the ice has melted, otherwise when you grope for the glass in the dark and try to drink it the large slab of ice will slosh out and smack you in the teeth and drench you with ice cold water.

actually, I use a soft drink bottle cause when I used to use a glass, I woke up to find Id been drinking from a glass of water with a drowned cockroach in the bottom. so a lid prevents any more puke-inducing infestations.
