Open the egg and put it in a mug, discard the shell.
Add a tiny bit of olive oil and salt and pepper (as much as you want)
Put it in the microwave for 40 seconds.
Done!

Any tips for cleaning egg that's baked hard onto the inside of a microwave?

And they are just fine. By putting them for less time you can get the white done and the yolk runny.
