I do yes.
Also when I was 16 I went to a party as Bernard from Black Books, however my young lady's liver couldn't deal with staying in character and drinking copious amounts of wine.

I threw up into my phone and my parents had to come and pick me up :(

Although I did return the phone to the shop a couple of days later and they gave me £20 for it so it wasn't all lose.

all part of growing up
you have not lived unless your parents/guardians/police have been called to take you home from somewhere pissed :-)

I haven't as I usually end up passed out in fields where no one can find me.

The only other time I've done it is when my parents had to pick me up from my year 12 ball.
I was massively drunk and don't remember very much.

I had it reported to me the next day at school that I'd almost got away with it, that the teachers weren't going to call my parents. Then, on my way out of my head of year's office I knocked over her in tray into the bin which I then was promptly sick in.

Been there
done that

bought the t-shirt and started writing the sequel.

with the added bonus of throwing up in the back of the head teachers car as she took me home.

It was back in the days when teachers did that
I did feel sorry for her, she could have left me in a heap outside the school, but I did send her a nice bunch of flowers.
