I have done some work for the council of Ken Livingston
(audio recording work)
They have a cavalier attitude to payment: they pay withn 6 months.
You pay your council tax late and see how long they give you.

....anyone with a a serious burn has probably got numerous other bleeding/limb loss/chest type/shrapnel injuries which are priority currently.

Us teriary referreal centres, if it's gonna happen, will start getting referrals round about now I would guess.

However, the unit is now ready to take up to 6 ventilated burn patients plus another 10 non-vent big 'uns.
