Yikes
went out for after work drinks with colleauges and former workmates and rolled in at 11pm many sails to the wind. Had a big cup of tea and fell asleep on the sofa for a couple of hours but then drank quite a lot of water before crawling into bed so am not totally hanging now. In fact, quite surprised at how well I'm holding up.
