"Neurotypical" strikes me as a stigmatising word, with the belittlement implied in "typical" - we're still all different in our own ways. It reads like it should be said with a sneer, and that's not nice.
It's the sort of microaggression which should be outdated in 2026. Can anyone come up with any suggestions for a replacement term which is more inclusive and supportive? You can't say "Norm".

interestingly, that term was coined to state that there was no such thing
it was meant to advocate that everyone is on a scale and needed accomodations of some sort. The fact that polarised online discourse has weaponised it is sadly unsurprising.
