On the inside, yes
But outer skin is just like any other skin on the body and needs to be cleaned

Except for the fanny skin that I had removed
To patch a hole in my bladder.

Trade a bit of cheek for a working bladder, fair deal
Sensitivity took a hit but you're not disabled anymore. Sounds like the best bargain you've ever struck with your own body, mate.

It only took 26 years
Local surgeons kept telling me they could do the surgery if I lost weight. when I actually did, they admitted that they couldn't do it and only told me they could because they never thought I would lose the weight. Fortunately, my cousin is a lawyer and I had medical connections in London. Ended up with one of the best reconstructive surgeons in the world.

26 years and the NHS was playing hard to beat

I'm a stubborn cunt
I wouldn't ask them to do the surgery until I was ready, because I knew I wouldn't handle the upkeep. I respect the NHS too much to waste their resources.

I've been relying on them all my life
Born with Marcus Gunn syndrome, it's a wonder I can even see. I must owe them millions.
