I'm looking for a picture, it's the old guy with a moustache in a party hat sleeping/drunk? at a table.

Talk, of course, was no help for me. Can anyone help with this?
Looking for something
A while back, one of the QOTW was about corporate retreats or such fodderol.
One of the best was a guy who told how they had to write down before the retreat began what they expected to hear out of it, and he wrote something along the lines of "hearing buzzwords and touchy-feely affirmations that aree meaningless in the long run." And the consultant read it out loud at the end.
I want to quote him -- or her, but I recall it was a male -- in something on Deviantart (for those of you who know what's happening there), and I'd like to give him proper credit.
Thanks for any help or coherent answers you can provide!
And so to keep with this part of the board, here's something I made in 1997 or so to keep with the holiday spirit.
