1)get a blender
2)zap a clove of garlic in it
3)put some soaked chicpeas, (a tin will do)
4)add a desert spoon of tahini (sesame paste)
5)add some lemon juice and some oil
6)zap it for a bit
7)add salt / pepper / corriander / cumin / paprika / sugar to taste and zap it some more.
8)chop up a carrot into sticks and eat with. Also use cucumber or crisps or fingers.
9)goto 1
