# I've been looking for a new place. What do you people reckon of this one?
Two bedrooms, furnished, upstairs bathroom, reception room, living room (pictured), kitchen. The location is great and the price is really a bargain. Apparently the last tenants left suddenly and the agency wants a quick let on the place. There's some stuff in the attic that needs clearing out apparently but agent was in a hurry so didn't show me that. What do you think?
