The one that comes with NT4.0 doesn't.
I once had to ask on m3ss3ng3r if I could mail the image I'd created to someone for them to change it to something more board-friendly.

What if you copy it in to Power Point.
You can usually save it as a jpeg from there.

No doubt, but what I'm saying is that
you can save a gif as a jpeg if you do the powerpoint malarky first - tis the only way if you have a stone age pc (like wot me and some others do).
