Your cat won't chew the bundle more than once.

then you can just fry your cats brain with radiation waves

I was never good at science, but I believe that radio waves are different from radiation. Still, fry your brains at enough frequency, but I don't think wireless is strong enough. Pleae correct me if I am wrong.
not really trying to be an ass, I really am curious if they are the same or not

are a long wavelength/low energy part of the EM spectrum aren't they?

according to http://imagers.gsfc.nasa.gov/ems/radio.html yes

but there's microwave radiation which is radio wave type stuff, and then nuclear radiation which is particles and stuff

lan radiation isn't high enough frequency, i belive it's less powerful than mobile phone radiation

that any of us can site suitably conclusive studies of the effect of LAN radiation on feline brains, so it's a moot point really.

Nuclear radiation exhibits wave/particle duality anyway, I think. In short, they're all types of radiation.

then particles and radiation are one in the same, if you consult Eipenhowers feline cranial radiation resistance tests (1957, published by national science magazine) youll cleary see that they are highly resistant to nuons and pi radio waves up to a strength of 13 rads per square inch....

That and the fact I bothered to google it........

failing that, go wireless
OR for comedy effect, you could disguise a live power cable as cat5, then see how often the cat chews it after that!
I take no responsibility if you have to use a crowbar to get the cats jaws open after this

we're tearing the old network out of this office, so i get all the cables and sockets for nowt.
but mabye if i ran a low current cable alongside it, just enough to give it a jolt, or mabye if i just creep up behind it and slap a custard pie in its face

instead of along the floor. If you have picture-rails, that's perfect.

that would be a sensible and responsible thing to do.
still the wallpaper has claw marks near the ceiling, i've never been certain how they got there
