Sorry! TJ!
Morning Afternoon all!
Got a slight problem...
Anyone know of any good, healthy vegetarian recipes for meals, that actually taste good?
I've got no experience cooking veggy meals, and somehow i've been roped into cooking one for four people. Any ideas?

i can make vegie beef burgers
buy all the usual stuff that you need for a beefburger, open the bap, close the bap, serve.
you may want to throw the beef away, you wont be using it

wonder around sainsburys!
i just had a peppered-quorn-steak sandwich, although however tasty, i wouldn't recommend it for a proper meal..
just think of a good meal, then look at what meaty things you have in it, and work out what you can replace them with to make it even more tasty!

Nice one.
I have recipes, I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for stuff that tasted great. That sounds like it could be a good idea though.

Too right.
If this becomes a recurring thing, they won't be friends anymore. Have a good day though!

thankyou!
Quite an odd mixture so far... lots of books and an alarm clock that changes colour. And some impenetrable music. And some other things.

Hehe!
Arf.
Well, I'm having lunch at the mo, then off to get washed, dressed and do me washing. Then I have to find out what the watermelon is going on with my other half; whether she's avoiding returning or answering my calls for the past 2 weeks due to work overload, or is just plain avoiding me. Fun.
So i'll probably return either tonight or tomorrow.

things like pastas and stir frys usually go down well
a lot of the veggies i know arent too keen on the whole its-veggie-but-made-to-look/taste-like-meat thing, so regular meals that you'd eat yourself anyway that just happen to have no meat in (if there are any) might be a good bet.
and something with pulses in. nearly all the veggies i know live in a perpetual state of lack of protein.

Beans, ubergines, courgettes,
I guess. Stuff with little over-riding taste to mess up the original. Oh, mushrooms would probably work. Not sure on pepers, texture wise. Hmmm, this will require more consideration... Ta!
Have a woo for your troubles!
