but with there being many many more peopel posting pics here nowadays the likelyhood of people having similar ideas increases and so not only has Saddam/Santa been done many times Saddam/anyone with a beard has been done lots too so people won't treat more recent ones with as much enthusiasm.
Nothing wrong with the pic or the idea of it you just got in a bit late with it :)
