get something from SonyEricsson, fucking solid phones, before i got the z600 i had a t-300 that survived being used as a football and dropped 15 feet...it kept going...

good idea.....save up for a nice SonyEricsson or if money is a problem you could pick up an Ericsson t68(m) or the SonyEricsson T68i (both could be yours for under £100, probably closer to £50).
Do'nt get the "beckham" sharp gx10 phone, the camera is utter balls and it doesn't have many good features apart from its game specs...

Agreed.I got my 300 on the day of their release in the UK and its as rugged as a very rugged thing.
Interface is horrible though, and its very very slow to use compared to Nokias.
Im saving for a P900 though.

p900.built like a brick, and is beautiful...some class stuff for it there..
have you seen the pink p800 that MIxIN on the esato forums did?
/edit : try clearing some space in you're t300 and it'll fly..not literally... only problem with the t300 is the lack of bluetooth...
some people on esato say that going from a P800 to a z600 is an upgrade....i agree...a bit..

My 300 is emptyIve even done the trick to remove all the preset balls that comes installed on it that you cant delete by default.
Still drags like a snail compared to other mobiles.
Still love it though.

the 13 second trick? it doesn't clear preinstalled stuff...try thisset a shortcut to pictures (or whatever you want to remove
turn the phone off normally
turn it on and immediately use the shortcut to get to the pictures (or whatever else)..
go directly to the preinstalled thing you want to remove and delete it..
if you do it right then it will delete as the phone won't realise that its a preinstalled thing
try it more than once if you get it wrong.
