click frame 1 of cat pogoing still on ground and ctrl or shift click frame 2 cat pogoing up in the air (final position), click the Tween Frames button make sure only 'Position' checkbox is checked and that 'Effects' and 'Opacity' is unchecked and insert the number of frames required probably 3.
