Company called Sanguine. (http://www.alibaba.com/company/10655451.html) who seem to sell a lot on Ebay Google informs me.
It seemed OK. The amount of rust leads me to believe that it's not a particularly high grade of stainless steel but the edge it holds doesn't suggest it's particularly high carbon either.
I got it 'cos it was pretty cheap and fancied trying it out. I'll probably splash out on a better one some day.
