it's fixable, other aspects of the pic are more detailed than the wheels (such as the area above the rear wheel, for instance) and you've handled them fine.
On the other hand I'm a great believer in not getting too hung up on a pic that's not working out. Sometimes it's just better to go on to the next thing.

but those are all ugly names.
I particularly liked the pics of the cars in driveways because I liked having the extra detail of the buildings etc.

I mean, if you anti-aliased this up like a motherbitch it'd just look like any other vector (or is it faux-vector? pseudovector? Whatever the hell it is). But when I see pixelly jagged edges I think "davew27". Is that good? That's probably good. Like, some kind of uniqueness or something. Am I still typing? I think I'm still typing.
