# Well, yes
But then it wouldn't be a viable challenge entry.

The 30 mph minimum speed limit is meant to make the motorways safer by preventing e.g. tractors or milk floats from using the slow lane on motorways.

I hate those pissing "check your speed" signs, though - they're set very low. I've tripped many going at what my speedometer said was exactly 30, and even then the speedo's meant to be overcooked by 10%. Gggrrr

# u aight?
how'd u manage that?
i once crashed into a stubburn roundabout...
(, Wed 8 Aug 2007, 21:19, archived)
# it blew up and coasted to a stop, the starter motor has burn out taking a fair amount of the electronics with it, but the cost of repair is more than the car :(
the starter motor blew (whilst I was doing 90)
and fried most of the ECU bits, the other electronics are fine, lights, windows, fans and my sound system
(, Wed 8 Aug 2007, 21:28, archived)
# man that sucks,
i really don't get how a starter motor blows.... ahh, too much technology...
my car doesn't even have an ECU! well at least you're ok! :D
