You are in the Brittish Isles and Queen Liz II (of Poofland, Liz I of Scotland) is your monarch. But you are not in the United Kingdom. You're legislative body is the Balliwick of Guernsey and not the Houses of Parliament.

Indeed
They only acknowledge Elizabeth II as the descendant of the Norman lineage. As such, they technically are part of England, but not of Great Britain or the UK. However the Falklands and other Crown Territoties and Dependencies are part of the UK, even if they don't have the right to live here (two-faced Labour bastards who decided that recently). /anal retentiveness
