Anyone else see these critters on Springwatch last night?
Well not specifically these critters, but THESE critters who, we thought, looked like Stormtroopers.
*This thread contains no traces of hummus. But then again, it also contains no traces of lime either, which has to count for something!*

It's about 40 minutes into the programme if you want to check it out on IPlayer.

Oddly...

I think I need my eyes un-monging.

I have been discussing going to Iceland. I feel Iceland is a place I would like to go. She says she will have to google what the shopping is like.

ah yes. Norfolk.
I've been there too. I can recall doing some banks in Wisbech, King's Lynn, Norwich itself. I also have bad memories of refurbishing every Little chef from there to London. ( bad memories of being offered a meal when I went to measure up ).

'doing some banks'?
I'll assume it's refurb work, and you're not really Charlie 'The Razor' Cut-throat, and made a career out of turning over branches of HSBC, or as it was in your day, the Roman treasure room

haha. ( to both of you )
yes I had contracts for the refurbs on Barclay's and Lloyd's TSB for about 4 years ( they refurb branches on a 2 year cycle as a tax dodge ) and had at least 1 bank on the go a week.
Yes, that has funded my internet lifestyle. It was after those contracts I decided to retire from public life and annoy folk on the web instead ;)

I've been to Iceland.
We toured it on a big 4x4 coach (Which got stuck out in a desert after taking a detour because the road had been flooded. It took us the best part of a day and several off-road vehicles to get it out).
We stopped off all over the place and camped. It's an absolutely wonderful country. So much amazing scenery.
Also, on the trip we went on, we got to go snow-mobiling, white-water rafting and in a small plane. :D
Also, Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden) apparently now flies planes for Iceland Air!
