It'll work better as an animated .gif on here (no sound and short), but if I can't convert it reasonably I'll /links it as a swf.
I just find animating in Swish easier than making gifs in Imageready or something.

you could export it as a series of PNGs and use ImageReady's 'Import Folder As Frames' option. You'd have to re-time the animation though.
