it is just an excuse for people with no photoshop talents to be cunts on here. Broadcasting flashing images without a warning to the viewer is covered by strict ofcom rules for broadcasters. It should apply to individuals on the internet too. It is highly offensive and ignorant of anyone to place images that may induce seizures in photosensitive epileptics on a webpage without giving that person a choice to not see it.

I am fully aware of the repercussions. I see them in Tom and I used to see them in Peter before he died.
