(I'm embarrassed that I had to google that :o . I bought Appetite for Destruction on vinyl back when it had the robot raping cover and remember listening to it constantly for about a month. Happy days :)

I have that cover still! His biog is dead good. Didn't do bad for a Stoke on Trent boy:P
EDIT: I still ahve the lighter wheel burn on my thumb from the '93 Illusion gig (backed up by Soundgarden and Faith No More).

how I would have liked to have seen that.
I lost interest in Faith No More after Angel Dust. They had changed too much from the music that I liked them for. To this day, I rarely play anything from Angel Dust, but The Real Thing gets a regular play :)
Back in those days, I could have listened to Soundgarden all day and not got bored of it.
Ever get the Temple of the Dog album?

Actually I think it was the G'n'R gig that I decided I wanted to be a road. Sadly it never happened as I had a musical ear:P

rather getting the hang of it at last!
Despite the fact that the bloke is a monumental cock, I do really like the Bonio image. It's that or the Kurt Cobain portrait for me.
My biggest concern is that I'm putting detail ahead of the readability of the lyrics. I think I've 'just' about managed to find a compromise between the 2.

Fuck reading the lyrics, I'd say make them more fucked up if anything.
All fans will know the lyrics anyway.
:D
Which sources for each?

Looking forwards to that one! (perhaps you could make it wallpaper size?)
You could also consider Ian Curtis, Kraftwerk or David Bowie, they all had pretty icon images (although Kraftwerk weren't great for lyrics)
