Although not the greatest film ever committed to celluloid as some would have you believe.

a) I don't like things about loneliness, and it looks all lonely.
b) I'm not a huge fan of kids films, except for the ones I saw when I was one and Monsters Inc. This is my weakest point.
c) I just have no will to watch it. Like the Sound of Music.
The problem is the people who want me to watch it (read: my two best mates) seem to think it's Citizen Kane or something.

Citizen Kane, possibly. HOWEVER as I might be bored by Wall-E I might make them watch something equally as boring. Like Night Mail.
Night Mail? I think it's called that. I should know, I was made to watch it about 20 times.

WELL I do have a couple (although I'm failing to remember what they are at this moment), but I survive well.

but I have a horrible feeling Madagascar 2 will be inflicted upon me if the reaction to the trailer before Bond was anything to go by.

It's actually very charming. Not mind-blowing by any means, but it really is a lovely film that leaves you feeling happier after you've watched it... And this is coming from a man who prefers to have the majority of his film's protagonists kicked in Eastern ways/shot at/detonated by the the end of his films. Preferably while dressed in black shiny outfits.

it's just a charming, and very accomplished film that 'works'

Thankfully Pixar are no longer Disney's bitches. So no more crap like Cars hopefully.

But it's worth your time.
And it made me cry. Doesn't take much these days, though.

Wasn't all that impressed with 'Moving Day', though. Felt a bit slack.

mind you, it's just after mid-season, so it's gearing itself up for the final act.
*fingers crossed they make it good*
they'd better...
Did you catch that film I mentioned?
