the complaints dept are just sitting there with their primed emails waiting to fire them off at a drop of a hat, and ofcom have finally sussed that 98% of the complainants only watched the show so they could be outraged and react accordingly. most of the remaining 2 % didn't see the show but complained because the daily mail told them to.
