I haven't been around for a while, so no longer know what the hell is going on here.
So I've decide to unilaterally relaunch both RPS and LOTD.

I've adapted the recipe slightly to my suit my own tastes (HOTTER !) and to reflect what I've actually got in the store cupboard;

I'm using Pork - but I think I'm going to try Beefs.
Some might say it's a waste of Jim Beam Black - but you aren't tasting what I'm tasting !

Note selected ingredients - including Daves Insanity Special Reserve Chilli Sauce.
