that buggered off to nz 8 years ago via facebook, which is nice, also a it's proved handy for a couple of local campaigns i've been involved with. obviously you have to ignore all the txt spk pokes, prods and nonsense but i just have a block on everything other than pm's.

they have rewritten the ending - mainly because the whole Black Freighter comic is not in the movie, leaving out a big chunk of the set-up.

I have been assured it is in keeping with the spirit of the comic, but I haven't looked for myself in case the movie turns out great and I spoil it for myself.

# They only left out the Black Frieghter
due to time constraints. They are planning to make a animated version for the DVD I think.

Which hopefully means there will be the option to watch it interspersed with the movie and with the original ending.
