I just bodged them
Chucked egg, random amount of flour, random amount of milk, mixed in a pan, didnt really work

Quarter cup sugar beaten into your egg, sift in one cup flour, teaspoon baking powder, quarter teaspoon salt, stir in quarter cup milk, beat to fuck.
Fry the shit out of tablespoonfuls in butter and there's your fucking pikelets.
Or pancakes, if you make that shit a bit runnier.
