
Managed to translate the cover (took ages with an online Cyrillic keyboard)
Frustrated with the handwriting, not least since Wiki says one letter can be written as g.
But here's what I got thus far.

He's from Belarus. 5 scans of stuff (between 148 and 366K)

would be cruel and unusual, but it'd be nice to get a bit of an idea what he's about :)

I hate handwritten Cyrillic with a passion.
Not much to glean from this other than it being a registration form to join the Communist Party. He served in the army and speaks Russian and Ukrainian in addition to Belorussian, his native language.

But is it possible that the very lazy clerk filling in the paperwork had an off-moment and wrote the lazy version? I know I used to do it a lot ;)

The writing gets sloppier. At the start, the letters are wonderful to look at, then by 1988 it looks a bitty scrawly. *shame*
