"never waste a good recession..." I was taught that at freakin' primary school... and they've given all of our money to the banks and we've got none left to spend having fun with recession things....

South Korea are going to get a super high speed railway and have all of their lightbulbs replaced by LEDs from their recession... we've got Fred Goodwin...
