I'm drawing Poirot whether it gets picked or not ;)
there may well be a kick-ass Miss Marple in there as well

He was perfect for the time they were filmed in
big budgets, and a plethora of hollywood greats around him.
It just worked.
Marple on the other hand, Joan Hickson all the way, even better than Margaret Rutherford, and I don't say that lightly

no one else has come close
Edward Hardwicke's Watson is good too, in fact everything about that series was great. Theme tune especially

Reasons please
I prefer Suchet, but can't think of a legitimate reason why.

I haven't got a legitimate reason
I just love Ustinov, I think he fits better and he's got a lovely face. See? I'm crap.

Ustinov is Poirot. That other young upstart is an imposter.

I'm so glad I try and make an effort for people
only for them to go off and do whatever the fuck they want
I may retire the draw off again, it's quite pointless

Every other post on B3ta is about doing absoulutely anything
the tiny moment that I try and organise a fun Take That Gallery style moment for the special kids I like to try and keep on the rails.
Sorry to be huffy, just remember how it all went to shit the last time.

Don't take it to heart.
I was not being serious. I've not entered the draw off for 2 weeks anyway so you might as well ignore me ;)

I'll do my best.
I always intend to but some crap in real life happens and before I know it I have 30 minutes to come up with something.
I might just do one of each and then I'll have something for the draw-off and something to spam the board with right after ;)

I was just wondering about the voting thing
as it used to be 30 minutes. (Not that I go back and vote again, I just noticed the numbers )

please don't vote unless you are
it's a bit wanky saying what everyone should draw and then not bothering

I don't know
It had so much promise, and a bit more fun than the original - but Mortimer's acting is appalling and they went a bit weird

I like both, but the R&M fell apart
They should have got me in to direct clearly.
