The confusion of morality with disgust in the article is annoying.
"The question is whether immorality should be made illegal." Well, what does he think the rest of Norwegian laws are based on, expedience? (Of course not all immorality can be made illegal, but you'd hope that was the main consideration in such laws as exist.) The question is inherently wrong, and he's wrong about that being the question anyway. ...then again, maybe he means "immorality within the personal domain".

I'm of the Millian opinion
that their should only be laws where harm to others has occured.
but this is still a particular grey area. Although i think as long as the animal aint getting penetrated.. job's a good'un.
