oh, and Re: your sig. Yes totally. The binwagon sometimes parks up near our back lane. Often with a full load of black bags still waiting to be squashed. The effort I have to make just not to rush over and press the red "squishy-crushy" button is immense.

essentially I have virtually stopped eating all wheat products, and stopped snacking. I also skip breakfast altogether (which apparently is the wrong thing to do), and drink coffee all morning instead.

I feel much healthier, and of course lighter
