I'm going to have another bash in Derby, after a break of a couple of years...

It's moved though, I'm going to have it at my local. It's a little bit further out of town, but there'll be live music and a bit of an open mic session too, so if you want to have a play, just bring your guitar :)

The pub isn't in the city centre, but a taxi from there will only be about £6; they've got good beer, fantastic home-cooked food (only until 8 o'clock, but I'll try and sort out a load of chips and bread for chip butties later on if everyone thinks that's a good idea?

EDIT: I've done a bit of research into places to stay:
Jury's Inn is £80 for a double room
The Premier Inn is £52 for a double room
Both of these will be less than a tenner in a taxi.

There's also the Travelodge Chaddesden, which is about twenty minutes walk, and has rooms available for either £40 (non-cancellable) or £50 (cancellable).
