This is a normal post has there actually been any part of #gamergate that specifically is about games?
massive sexism, death threats and journalistic integrity are all I've seen, at what point do high scores, special moves and cheat codes get mentioned?

I think that's quite apt, it's impossible to tackle because no two people think its about the same thing, or at least what the most important bit is.
It's so convoluted you could believe it is about anything now and be sort of right, from the more logical (just angry teens unable to express themselves) to a viral media campaign to raise some profiles gone very wrong and on to the obvious "it's a plan by women to end gaming".

it's been drowned out by all the other bullshit by now.
