By 'whole page' they mean a massive 5cm wide white border all four sides and text in a narrow column down the middle.

There are conventional pocket sized portable A4 printers that are not much larger than the ZUtA that print a full page. Bearing in mind you also need an A4 sized smooth level surface for the ZUtA to run on, the faff-factor is just too high for it to be genuinely useful. Try operating one in a car for instance, or on a train. I don't think they have really thought it through.
