Some guy on the subreddit /pol
claims he made up the pissing story and submitted it to some politician and the FBI. It then somehow got included and mixed up in the rest of the (more legitimate) ones - presumably because it looked like it came from two sources, one of them being the FBI.
This now makes all the other ones in the 35 page document look like lies as well.
