If you enemy can't fire things or fly, fly above them, and fire things at them.
Fly above and fire lasers at their skull. Then they will go bald.

the correct physics of inertia on the cape and weight of the bodies as they move around help to make it look more "believable"

Or that the planet has a earth like gravity or atmosphere? I personally imagine this fight is taking place on a planet of Skeletors choosing to complete the cartoon mashup.

Superman always had inertia problems. Physically invulnerability is no compensation for lack of mass. Even so, unless he goes green from a kryptonite reaction, the Hulk is toast.
