By any chance did you do a degree in the arts? I reckon that's going to contribute a lot to this category; people go to University, so get a decent education and exposure to lots of social/cultural groups, but have no route to a good wage afterwards.

probably because I do what I want to do rather than what my salary and social standing demands that I do

Do you own your own home?
Do you know an accountant?
Do you watch football?
DOES NOT COMPUTE!
If you do the first two you should watch golf and play croquet!
We have to create a whole new social class for you, weirdo!

I'd have been lower but I ticked that I go to art galleries and museums. It didn't ask if they were free entry ones only.

In my experience they're better than the pay ones.
Tate london free and loads of stuff.
Tate St Ives paid entry to see some Barbera Hepworth I could see down the road and some modern shite.

I'd stay and complain, but I'm off to get me benefits.

Says I'm from a working class background! I don't think so. Aha! Perhaps that what I want people to think!

It seems to place an awful lot of importance on some things versus others. Like WTF has using Facebook got to do with class?
Apparently I'm 'emergent service workers', which isn't a million miles off, but I doubt the methodology.

I'm a poor post-grad, but I'm apparently I'm an elite since I like classical music and know an accountant.
