It's like a primary school, with cheap one-up manship, jeering and waving of papers. I'm going to put forward a motion that it's not allowed.

Impossible! They've not been put back yet.

I estimate half of the commons' time is spent saying things along the lines of "rar rar rar Labour broke economy", "buh buh buh fat-cat Tories" or "meh meh meh treacherous Liberals".
I've a request for those pompous, tax-dodging, twats: stop bickering like children about things past and fix the fucking country!.
Hell, if I had my way the first thing I'd do is abolish the party system. Maybe then the popularity contest we have every four years would be about people instead of what colour ties the guys in charge wear.

It was some conservative bloke making a shit point about how the system fails some individuals, as if that's a reason to privatise.
Then it turned to some labour woman who seemed more intent on bigging up her party's previous actions with the NHS (as in decades old) than addressing the current problem.
These people are making the most inane arguments, and they are pissing away this great institution without a care.
This article about Lansley in the Grauniad today, that talks of his complaints about 'being attacked' over the plans. Like this is the one thing he takes from perfectly sane and valid criticism, is a bruised ego.
is anyone else coming to the Department of Health, opposite the cenotaph (SW1A 2NS) this Saturday at 2:30 to let them know it?
*edit*: I don't want to do it a disservice by being all angry-ranter, I wouldn't usually turn up myself, but this one feels different.
