I think, given it's a "college humor" production, and that they've called a Dowton Abbey parody "The Britishers", it's safe to say the primary target audience is American. Septics find swearing in an english accent hilarious and strangely incongruous. I didn't think it was gratuitous in any case, much more puerile stuff gets posted on here on an hourly basis.

He is a very nice bloke, also has a beautiful sister (married to G.Linehan, sorry lads)
and his Nazi war criminal grandfather in no way reflects upon his personality.
He has lost a lot of weight though.
