Here, he was moving, was 15-20 feet away and the targets were moving. When a person gets a conceal carry permit, they drill into your mind that you MUST know what is behind the target because it is likely that some of your shots will miss.

Pistols are incredibly difficult to fire accurately over even short distances. You need to train and train and even then your accuracy is lousy the second you have to fire quickly at a moving target. Holywood makes it look easy but this video is the norm ...especially when its a doddery old block firing

I think it is a good idea to permit guns in society, but not allow chavs or other scum have licenses for them. That way only nice people like me can have them and slowly we can erase the scum from society.
